The vision of this project is to create a community full of outdoor activity, enhancing social interaction. We wanted to develop a township, where people will love to spend more time outdoors than indoors. The township is planned to create multiple outdoor sport zone. The heart of the township is a central recreational open space spread over 3.5 lakh sq ft (about 8 acres), full of various sport courts and playgrounds. It is surrounded by a walking track and pavilion arena. The buildings are well oriented and placed in such a manner that maximum number of units have a view to the central open space and other open space pocket. A single loop regulates the primary 15 metre wide vehicular circulation around the site. The common playground areas are free of vehicular movement. The unique feature of Olympeo Riverside is to limit the building footprint to as low as 20% of the ground area of the entire project.

Still I wanted to confirm about agreement and the they explained each and every thing which I asked. Team Olympeo has a vision and that reflects in their way of working. I took 1 month to book a flat there and I am happy that I did.

Main apne kamai se apna ghar khareedna chahati thi. Jab Olympeo Riverside dekha to mujhe yah project bhut achha laga. Itna sara open space, itna achha construction quality aur yah mere budget me tha. Mere loan approval me bahut issue aaye leking Olympeo ne isme bhi bahut help kiya.

Itna pollution hota hai, hamesha shor rahta hai, security ka bhi issue rehta hai aur sabse jayada dikaat bachhon ko busy road pe khelna padta hai. Jab maine Olympeo Riverside, Neral gya to mujhe yah mere family ke liye best project laga. Shelu station bhi jayada door nahi hai. Aur Olympeo ka station tak bus service station mere jaise working class ke liye travel kafi aasan ho jayega. Private garden wala ground floor ka flat bhi bahut sundar hai, jise maine visit ke din hi book kiya tha.

I am an engineer and let me tell you something about the master plan of Olympeo Riverside, Neral- It is way beyond comparable in that area. Olympeo is by far best project beyond Kalyan, when it comes to Master Plan. Thanks to vision of Olympeo and Ar Hafeez contractor. I own a flat here just because it gives me feeling of resort in a township. With the kind of infrastructure they are developing underneath the ground and common amenities and facilities, I am sure it will be landmark in Neral.

This is best suited for my need.
